Full Cream Milk:  

A new study has found that full cream milk is actually good for heart health. Denmark, the world's leading dairy farmer in the world, has concluded that the Researchers of the University of Copenhagen have concluded.

In India, the emphasis has always been on consumption of milk and milk products like Ghee, Yoghurt, Butter, Khova etc. For the last 20-30 years, new thinking has arisen that some substances made from milk are harmful to health. The main reason for this thinking is that some experiments and conclusions of scientists from the Western countries which the doctors and the public adopted.


The effect was that people cut corn with full cream milk and started drinking tond milk with no cream. People are two feet away from the country ghee by thinking that country ghee causes obesity and heart disease.


⤿ But you will be pleasantly surprised to know that in the past 1-2 years, some new research across the world has dismissed all these beliefs and health rules.

For years, it was believed that full cream milk promotes LDL cholesterol in the body which is harmful and low-fat milk or skim milk is good for health.

According to the scientists of the University of Copenhagen, new experiments show that there is no relation between drinking milk and cardiovascular diseases. The cream containing milk contains high cholesterol levels called High-density Lipoprotein (HDL) which is essential for the body.


Scientists say that all healthy persons should make full cream milk part of their diet and take advantage of its properties.

                                                      ⤿ The same scientists of the University of Copenhagen described a prevalent misconception in relation to cheese or cheese in 2016. People believed that eating low-fat cheese causes cholesterol decreases, blood pressure is right and there is no obesity. The scientists rejected all these things, and these advantages of low-fat cheese were wrong.


⤿ Recently the misconceptions related to the country ghee have also been removed. People used to believe that ghee closes the arteries of the heart, causes obesity. All these things are just myths.


India's culture, religion, food and life have been involved with milk for centuries. Indian parents, grandparents have always been feeding the children by counting the benefits of drinking milk. Even though for some time the misconceptions related to milk had become prevalent, but now these new discoveries are being solved. The science of our ancestors is still heavy on modern science.
